Scott Farrell is a senior partner of King & Wood Mallesons with more than 20 years’ experience in financial markets, financial systems and financial technology law. He has chaired the Australian Government’s FinTech Advisory Group led the two inquiries for the Australian Government which designed, and developed, the framework for Australia’s Consumer Data Right.

With over two decades of retail banking experience, Travis has leveraged his expertise across the customer life cycle, most recently running the digital business for Westpac Group, to build Australia’s first smartbank.
